FDM 3D printed element

The part was made to create a pattern. By combining dozens of such grids a matrix for vacuum forming of plastic sheets is created. The grid is made of heat-resistant plastic PC-ABS that can withstand heat up to 135 degrees Celsius without changing its geometry.
