Complex shaped bracket

We were approached by a company to make 15 sets of remotes, each of two halves. The remote was for controlling the extendable boom, was wired and had an up and down key. Since the batch of 15 pieces was not enough to order a mold, it was decided to use 3D printing. The top part was printed on standard settings, 3-4 covers at a time on one printer. The bottom part was printed on a dual extruder printer as requested by the customer. 3mm edge was yellow plastic, the printer used black and yellow plastic to print one part. Since the laminates had the same chemical composition, they soldered well despite the different dye.
